What is a Structured Settlement?

A structured settlement is a written agreement that is signed by two parties, one plaintiff and one defendant, to compensate the plaintiff for the damages which were caused. It was primarily focused at the diseases as it as started to protected the children of Canada who had a disease. But it is not just it today. The settlements have moved ahead and are now also a basis for investment for many people. And also the settlement are not just for some diseases like Mesothelioma, but marital settlements, divorce settlements, the business settlements and many other too.
